We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Over occupancy

We own a 2 bedroom holiday lodge which sleeps 4, a double bed and 2 single beds. 

We don't live on site. 

Several times now we have had bookings for two people and up to 5 people have stayed.

How do the rest of you deal with this sort of problem? 

What are our rights in these situations?

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.




Simply by not seeing it as a problem, 


Why would I care if they all sleep in same bed, or on floor or on couch?


This should not be a thing, ever.


Did they damage the property? You left that out


Did they pay a deposit?


Now on the other side :


If you categorically state and add into Fine Print , no more than x can stay ,  they should know, but realistically no way to enforce.


May be state deposit will not be refunded if conditions breached.


Put in  web cameras for remote viewing in common areas. (no its not a privacy issue).



At the end of the day is it worth the drama or hassle and extra work you are making for your self ?

Thanks for your reply, the issue is that we have a price structure for 2,3 and 4 people. 

Our cleaning costs are based on how many beds are used therefore how much bedding and towels which have to be cleaned. 

We don't want to charge the full amount for everyone, it would put people off if there's just 2 of them. 

Hence we structure our fees around the number of people for the booking.

Thats a terrible idea and never works out well, have one cleaning cost for everyone and move on.
