"Overbooking"

Hello. There was one problem with a one room booking. The guest has booked 1 room for 4 days, however this room is offered as a reservation for 2 days. Only 1 room is available. Where can there be a mistake?

Are you saying under

Calendar > List View > Room Rate Plan

> Extended Field : Max Length of stay

is set to 2 for all days of the week, 365 days of the year?

 

Open the calendar in list view as per above, on left column click on the rate plan to expand and view Max Length of stay

 

this way you can confirm if set  and fix if not.
