Hello ,is this cancel my overdue invoices because that time covid in month may.& I m not able to do cancel booking but hotel are closed that time..I forget to no Show

Hi

 

Simply either

Open finance menu and reconcile all reservations,  marking those by ticking dispute and submit

 

 

Or list them , send in message to support via inbox.

 

Or phone bdc support with the same list.
