Pathetically slow payment of rental income

You *** at Booking .com are bloody hopeless. Your Financial Depts is absolutely hopeless and cowardly. They don’t answer emails and hide behind “ work load”. If I was in charge, I’d sack the ENTIRE team in the pathetic finance section.   

myquestion for the third time is- when will I receive my $508 from a rental which ceased on 30 Th March 2021 AND for which you greedy *** have had the tou4ists money for over three months?   

Booking.com is rapidly falling behind  Airbnb for efficiency.
