Paying invoice with PayPal or Visa
Hi, I have received my invoice from Booking.com. Is there a way to pay with PayPal or Visa card instead of bank transfer which is difficult for me? Thanks

Hi
The payment options are defined under Extranet > Finance > Finance Overview.

To date I have never seen any one come back and post if they successfully managed to pay invoices by Paypal or CC over the phone with Partner Support.
Reminder Partner Support will never see this. Posting account or action requests here will result in no action.

Option 1: Is not available in my area (D.R)
Option 2: Sounds good but if Booking.com is not in the network of companies for that bank the bank will offer to send Booking.com a paper check which is not accepted by booking.com. I have tried BOA and M&T Bank neither one of these companies have booking, com in their network
Is there an Option 3: ?
Does anyone knows how to pay booking.com invoices when the banking detail link is not available in your area and Bank Transfer is the only option?
contact partner support and let us know the outcomes please, thanks
nope , no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.
Method #4 Public Phone List

I’ve contacted Partner Support three times asking them to
1- Provide the Banking Detail link in my Finance tab
2- Allow Direct Debit of my credit card
The answer is always the same:
A “Banking details are not available in my area”
B “Please pay via bank transfer”
This is what my finance TAB looks like. Where did you see that Banking Detail link?
I just saw something in that image that might explain why your extranet is different..
It's the property type, showing as a room, which is very odd.
That would also suggest there are multiple different extranet layouts depending on the Partner type too
Its, a building with rooms, just like any other hotel
What should the property type be and how is it changed?
Please
I see where you can change the ROOM TYPE to Apartment, Villa, Studio ..... but most people are renting rooms out of their hotels
Use the contact info above and phone partner support
Hi Andrianaivo,
Did you ever figure out how to have PayPal as an payment option for Booking.com invoices? That option was once available but cant seem to find it anywhere on the platform. Much more convenient than doing bank wire transfers which are also costly.
Any help? anyone.
The way to be able to pay with PayPal or credit card is to call Booking.com 1(470)-363-2501 and ask them to change your Payment Method from Bank Transfer to Adyen. They are not going to give you the Banking Details link on the Finance Tab unless you are in the US or or a few other selected countries. But changing your payment type to Adyen at least will allow you some flexibility in paying your invoices. Don't send messages for this, they take forever to respond, if they respond at all but call instead. Keep an eye on the Financial Overview link in the Finance tab, it will change from Bank Transfer to Adyen when they make the change.
Hope this helps.
Thanks Giovanni,
Adyen as a payment processing platform would be a good option if its availability wasn't so restricted to only a few countries. See list of Adyen countries. https://www.rapyd.net/blog/what-are-countries-are-supported-by-adyen/
The Caribbean where we are listed is currently NOT on the Ayden list.
In the past Booking.com did offer the PayPal option, so not sure what caused them to discontinue that option. Everything was so seamless then. From the comments I am seeing this payment method restriction seems to be a growing issue amongst Booking.com Partners.
Did someone at Booking.com told you this or are saying this based on your research? When they change your Payment Type to Adyen you can select the invoices you would like to pay and click the “PAY ONLINE” button for the PayPal/ Credit Card payment options to show-up. The Caribbean country where I’m listed is not on your list of Adyen enabled countries but I work’s like a charm. If all fails, you can try Bill.com they have Booking.com BV on their list partner institutions. I was going to go this route until Adyen was made available to me. Two things to be aware-of, it takes a few days after Adyen enablement for the “PAY ONLINE” button to show up, also, please know that Bill.com is a paying service.
finally thank you
My pleasure, I'm glad you found this helpful
