Payment

Good evening. Well, I haven't noticed so many changes on Extranet,since last year was with zero bookings. I received a booking today and I can't find check in option and payment status. Help 🆘

Hi 

  1. Check-in Option : elaborate what that means to you please?
    1. You set a check -in policy , Property> Policies.  
    2. In auto template and manual template message you write out the check-in and checkout procedures, contact us info etc.  
  2. Payment Status
    1. Open the reservation details page.  
    2. Its one of the fields near the top  
    3. You can also scroll down to the room type name and photo preview and click to reveal the payment break down by date /promo etc

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
