hello good day and great morning! I completed my first booking on Sunday 

it says my payout will start processing on the 14th but the payment still isn't there, does anyone have any idea how long do I have to wait ? why doesn't booking have a phone number for us property managers to call ??

 up to 10 days after each thursday for all reservations that have completed check-out.

but depending on where you are and what banking system used, it could just be 3-4 days.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
