Payments via booking
Payment via booking does not work in my facility. In the extranet it is only possible to pay in cash on the spot. Guests make reservations and do not come. Tragedy. I cannot cancel my booking. I am writing messages to be served on the extranet but I am getting no reply. Telephone service in my country - Poland also does not work. I have to wait for the option to show itself in the extranet, but I've been waiting almost 2 months and nothing. I do not want to turn on the prepayment because the booking payment option was supposed to activate itself, but still nothing. Can anyone help me? Is it possible to contact the office in Amsterdam to report it?
