Please help me with technical issue that I can't find it anywhere

Dear friends, I'm having a problem with the setting or something like that. When I wake up in the morning, all unsold rooms in the day will turned into "CLOSED" that I have to reopen them. I think it has something to do with the booking time before check-in but I can't find it anywhere to change this setting. It's so annoying. Can anyone show me where to fix this thing?

Look under Rates, Calendar, List view - open up on left and there should be a line for 'Min. advance reservation'.  You can do a Bulk edit to set all dates. If you can't see the line contact the booking.com help team and ask them to give you access.  Use Inbox icon on Extranet.
