Please remove our property from your site. We no longer wish to go with Bookings.com.
We believe your system is heavily bent towards the leasee, not the leasor. We could not get a security deposit in this COVID climate - your system clearly prefers no security deposit, leasees are obviously going to book with no deposit more often - and we incurred a $6000 damage to our property that you did not help with one iota. We’ll book book with you because of this imbalance, but we’ll never rent with you again.
We’ll be in the house. Next Christmas/ new year. I suggest you get those renters out.
