Olá parceiros eu estou com um grande problema não consigo mudar a minha política de pagamento Por exemplo quando um hóspede faz a reserva eles pagam no crédito para uma conta que eu não conheço e eu só irei receber dois meses depois quero saber como mudo isso para quando um hóspede faz a reserva eu receber 50% no ato e 50% no check-in não tenho ajuda de ninguém no booking

Setting a payment policy under Properties - Policies is only one part of it.

 

You must decide when guest pays, and if you want the to pay on BdC checkout, then you need to apply for BdC Online Payments (VCC) or Payments by Booking.

 

If you are going to take payment on arrival then you must have the relevent partnership and or device(s) with a payment gateway providers e.g. payrexx.com/stripe.com, sumup.com etc


 

Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
