I’m interested to hear from the community on customer feedback and thoughts on what customers want in relation to safe travelling and what innovations and changes they are implementing whilst in lockdown in the U.K?

One perspective is once you can cover  things like :  

  • Auto check in and out using smart locks (yale keyless), two way Ring Video Doorbells, remote management (samsung smart hub + yale zigbee module + smart app for locks) the yale keyless locks can be preset  up to 20 codes each, so you can have 1 + 19  for cleaner + guests, and limit the number of opened roooms when doing by room paid for.  
  • Smart Food delivery - provide info on local shops, online links , QR codes, online delivery apps (links and QR codes ; all on posters on site, in room, and in Prearrival check in - auto message templates.  
  • Scheduled cleaning , and or provide spray bottles and cloths, the guest can maintain for long periods.  
  • Guest could be working locally , and still work in person or remotely from the accommodation., so providing reliable WIFi and a table to sit at can make all the difference.

 

Once you are smart about it you can easily limit exposure to each other and just get on with it.
