We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The Preferred Partners Programme

Just a tad disappointed, as I have been trying to join the Preferred Partners Programme, but our criteria is not acceptable, even though our current rating is 9.7.  Our ratings since 2015 when first joining were 9.7. In 2016,  it was 9.7,  2017, 9.6, 2018, 9.5, and 2019, 9.7.  In our wider communities, we have properties with a lower rating, but are on the Programme, and so just can't understand how this system works.  Would love someone to explain it all.

That program has been put on hold since COVID, as it would be unfair to many who were already in it.

 

There has be no mention of resuming it as of yet.
