We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

I have problem, I'm change prices for rooms in pule and www.admin.booking.com but when I want check prices in www.booking.com I'm no can find my hotel

The Pulse phone app is not very good. Try a computer / laptop instead.

If you cannot find your property online please make sure that you have loaded the rates and the availability for your property. Furthermore, keep in mind that if your property is new at Booking you will not be able to find it by name, try to search it in the area that is located.
