problem with availabilty children

i am a new user and i have one problem. When the visitors are family with chlidren up to 3 years old i check and i see my apartment is not available at the site and i dont know why. when the visitors are family with children down 3 years old (free pay) is ok available on your site

please help  me to solve this problem
