Problem with a double booking

Hi, I use AirBNB and Booking.com, my calendars syn ok.  I had an Airbnb booking in June, but now i have a booking on Booking.com which cuts across my other booking, so what do I do, its next week, need urgent help, but also need to understand why this happened?

Sorry to hear about your double bookings....

Actually booking.com calendar is not sync in real time so double bookings can occur.

Everytime you have a booking you have to sync your calendar manually or maybe you can use a channel manager.

Unfortunately, you have to ask you guest very politely to cancel booking so you dont get charged....

Read regulations for double bookings because if you or booking.com  has to find a relocation for your guests your might have to pay extra charges.
