Problem with logging in EXTRANET

Hello. I have a big problem and it's since a few months perhaps. 

I cannot log in my extranet through my phone device,  so i have to use it only on my PC, which is quite uncomfortable. When I try to log in via my phone device it's automatically locking the account and sending some security email to re-set the password, i have no idea why is that happening, once i have my phone number registered in my account?? I just want to log in with my phone and have access to extranet at anytime and any place.

Please help me, because i've been trying many stuff and i didn't solve this problem, thanks!

Always use the full fat client on PC on browser.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
