We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Problem with login

I need to login multiple times to log in. What is the problem? The login gate turns me out every time.

I also can not log in via app. On computer no problem. Probably just a bug which will probably be fixed soon.

The devil is  in the detail, and you are lacking  alot of detail. 

 

Until you do we cant advise , only guess.

When I try to login via Pulse app, it says "Too Many Failed Attempts. Please try again in 5 minutes."

I updated the software and reinstalled the app and it still says to many failed attemptes when I try to log in (although it was only one attempt).

Have you sent the bug report yet? Here are the steps:

  1. Open the app and tap ‘More’.
  2. Scroll down and tap ‘Help’, followed by the email ‘envelope’ icon in the top-right corner. Select either ‘General questions’ or a relevant subject from the drop-down menu.
  3. Describe the problem and tap ‘Send’. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I think we are not on the same page. I am talking about the Pulse app where I am not able to login. Booking app works fine. In Pulse I dont see options you described.
