I already checked all two days. made 50 attempts. nothing helps already going crazy what to do?

Very difficult to help with the info you provided - I would check the room configuration, beds etc. 

Are you using the google Chrome browser?

Can you try please deleting the cache and and cookies?

If everything fails you might want to give bdc a call and you will find your regional dedicated phone number found in your extranet Inbox’ tab (admin portal).
