Problems with “Reply” to Partners

Hi guys!!!

When Partners reply to a thread that was posted a year ago or even less..it’s very difficult to find the relative reply....

A notification comes to my email inbox but I have to search all the comments one by one to find it???

Is there an easier way to find partners replies???

When you recv a notification in the email, if you click the relevant link it will take you straight to the thread without the need to search.

Hi!  jaybeegee and thanks for your reply. 

It takes me to the thread but at the beginning of the thread not where the reply is...and it can be anywhere...the only way to find it is from the time....

 I have to search the whole thread to find where exactly is the relative reply.  

Maybe in pc it is easier but in iPhone is not.

Yes I am with you - not sure there is an easy way to go to the solution. In other online there is an option to flag a post as the answer which bdc might want to consider implementing here!

I need some advice....

I have tryied (twice) to register my property, but I never receive

the final confirmation e-mail.

What can I do to get my registration completed?

Dear Richard this is only a Partner Community...I am a Partner like you but I think that you have made a duplicate of your property...

I would suggest you to send a message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com. or call your local BDC office...

Hi Adamopoulou,

Since my property is not full acepted yet, My Extranet does not have the inbox e-mail option activated.

On the other hand, My property is located in Venezuela, so there is no a phone option for my country.

Those are main reasons I cnnot get in touch with booking.com people and I had to use this way as ultimate option.

Dear Richard, 

I think that even if your property is not fully accepted you can still log in into your Extranet....the way you log in into this Partner Community.

How to log into the Booking.com extranet

You’ll be able to access the extranet using the login name and password combination you set up during registration. To log in, simply:

  1. Go to the Booking.com extranet
  2. Enter your login name and password.
  3. Select your language and log in.
