Problems with uploading pictures!!!

Dear Sergei!!!

Following your post of “Christmas decoration “ many partners would like to upload photos......but is it possible???

A while a ago a fellow Partner commented that he has tried many times to upload photos  and he couldn’t.... he finally succeed...I have tried a thousand times to upload pictures but most of the times it’s a failure...why is this feature not working properly??? Is there something we don’t do right???

I  also cannot upload straight my profile photo...no matter how hard I’ve tried it.

..I’ve tried so many times... I guess I am getting too old and can’t stand up straight!!!

Dear Partners, if you have similar problems please report it so technical team can help us.

Sergei, Is it possible that your technical team have a look???

Photos must be in a JPG format to upload here.

It took me many many attempts to upload my ugly photo and it's a jpg ....

Maybe the JPG format photos must also be a high-resolution image to upload?

The one I have now is the same one that failed many times .... more likely a problem with the Booking.com systems ....

Dear Don thanks for your suggestions.

Like Isle said my photos are all JPG and in big analyses.  The problem is somewhere else because same photos sometimes upload and sometimes the don’t.

Very peculiar situation...

The same situation with me.

I wanted to reply to you in the relative box but it is still so thin I cannot!!!

Technical problems still remain!!!

Hi M Adamopoulou! Thank you for helping with it. We tried to upload images and to replicate the problem. But we didn't manage to see any troubles so far. We are going to investigate further to see what may be a reason. Did you upload the image with your smartphone or with your PC?

I can't do a screenshot of what happened when I tried to upload my profile photo, but I can tell you .... I clicked the Browse button, selected the photo, a little "clock" symbol spun round a couple of times, and then disappeared .... the photo didn't upload .... I logged out, logged in, tried again, same thing .... I tried many many times over many weeks, always the same thing .... and then a few days ago, it actually worked .... the clock spun a couple of times and then my photo showed up and I saved ....

The only image I've tried to upload was my profile image - finally succeeded a few days ago - not tried to upload any others since ..... but will try one now ....

And just tried uploading an image .... selected the file, the file name was displayed next to the Browse button .... the clock spun round for maybe 30 seconds, I added a word in the alternative text box, clicked Save and then got the red box saying "Image field is required" ... next to the Browse button it says "No file selected" and below this it says in red "Image field is required" .... I would upload a screenshot, but that's an image and image upload isn't working ....

Dear Sergei, thanks for feedback.

 I have tried to upload photos both ways...from iphone and pc.   I am going to try again and let you know...

Sometimes it works...sometimes it doesn’t...you have to try again and again...
