We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

Promotion

Hello,

I made a promotion 25% deal for the booking. In fact, on 2 Jul I set the price is 26$ as standard. However, there is a new booking with only 11$ (app discount on 43%) on my standard rate (It's is written in the booking discount 25% applied). And the guest not Genius.

Can you help me to explain this?

You have posted this on the partner forum so it is not possible for us to look at your setup.  It would be better for you to contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

Without a screen shot of the setup of the promotion and the calendar view with the promotion on left expanded showing some dates so we can see

 

We can only guess as to the reason and 99.9% of the time this is caused by user error , aka you set it up incorrectly.

 

When the guest is not GENIUS member

 

Then its typically caused by two things the rate plan for the dates are lower thean you think, and then compounded by the Promotion itself allowing for discount
