We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Property showing not bookable

We have 4 properties and 1 of the properties Malta's Naughtiest Cabaret is showing as not bookable. I have checked all the calendars and are open. Kindly advise how to change the status for new bookings and for our property to show up in the search.

You have posted this on the partner forum and we are not able to help with setup issue, particularly as it sounds as if you know your way round the system so probably not any of the common issues when new people setting things up.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.
