We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Question about changing the name of our hotel room.

Our hostel wants to change the name of the hostel room. How can the client see the new name after change? Thank you for your help!

You will have to delete this room and create a new one with the new name.

Actually I think that it is not necessary to delete it, you just have to ask BDC support to change it.


They will maybe yelp about it and go something like "it is not easy to do, it is invested a lot into SEO for names/descriptions", but they will finally do it... :)
