Quiet room

Why are all bookings and enquiries suddenly asking exactly the same question:

"I'd like to request a quiet room is this posible"?

There have been a few people on the forum asking the same.  Haven't seen an answer yet.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.

Yeah its been coming up a handful of times in the last 3-4  days.

 

I thought  it might just be some feature turned on  that required partners to go to their facilities/room amenities list and set it to yes or no.

 

But some are reporting it as already set to No.

 

I myself have not had it  but my soundrpoof was unset , so i set it to no.
