Rate change from Calendar does not show on property page

Hi, when I make changes to rates in the Calendar view, they do not reflect in the pricing shown on the property page, when guests go to book. The current prices shown on the property page (visible to guests) are "stuck" with the old rates. I already removed all promotions, and all rate adjustments based on occupancy, but that does not help - the prices shown are still "stuck" with old rates.

Anybody has these issues? Any advice how to resolve this? How can I get in touch with tech support?
