Rate plan added automatically

Hi, a rate plan called non-refundable with a 50% discounted rate has been added to our calendar automatically. We did not know this was added until we got a booking at 50%discounted rate. It is unbelievable. Once we started checking we knew about this rate plan and still wondering how this plan was added?

Please help us with identifying the cause of this problem. We got a booking and canceled it because of this 50% discounted price for 2 nights on a weekend. We have no idea how this has been processed. Also, whether this incident affects our quality score? Please help us to resolve this issue.

Thats not normal. does more than one person have logon access to the Extranet?

Rate plan doesnt just add itself and a NR rate plan is usually the base plan and will and should be cheaper than a flexible rate but not by 50%, thats excessive.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
