Can you pls let me know how can I adjust cancellation policy to be specific number of days I choose?

Currently I only have option 5 days, 14 days or 0 days.

  • Open the property policy page 
  • Click EDIT On the Cancellation Policy
  • Under Specify Conditions, use the drop down.
  • There are 11 options to choose from.


Also on the policies page 2 rows down second pane is Cancellation Exceptions, click Edit to see them.



Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
