Rate Plans

Hello, Please could you help with the following problem

I have 3 rate plans one for each season e.g. Low Mid High on one of our properties these plans are working perfectly starting and ending on specific dates, however on our new property all three plans have been applied to the whole year.  Giving low rates to customers booking in High season ?

Please could you explain how I can change each rate plan to specific dates 

e.g. 

Rate Plan Mid  (1 May to 30 June) (1 Sept to 31 Oct)

Rate Plan High (1 July to 31 Aug)

Rate Plan Low (1 Nov to 30 Apr)

Hi Sue,

 

You can simply  toggle a rate plan to be closed open on dates.

 

 

 


Monthly View

 

Select the dates or range, on right pane, each rate plan shows OPEN [] Closed []. pick one to deactivate said rate plan.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
