recover my account

hello there, i hope someone can help me with that, 

i would like to recover my owners account as in booking as for covid problems, i had to close my account. 

it is still available but just for me.... 

It says "  Close, cannot be reserved " 

it would be great if someone knows about it. 

If not, is there a booking telephone ?? cannot find any

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed. or
