It depends on if they actually sent you a cancel request, and did you then acknowledge it via a notification?


If you did then the system should free up those dates.


Check your reservation list, and see if they are still listed.


If yes then open it and click Request To Cancel and choose option 2, then wait for the guest to receive and click on agree.
