Regarding for Extarnet opening

Dear Partner

My extarnet Id is ***. I have been suffering so many problem about my Booking.com extarnet. Why our Glassotel Hotel not visible at Booking.com platform.Guest are not able to book the room upon our platform by Booking.com. Let me know regarding this problem as soon as possible.

You should review your availability calendar and restrictions and promos .

Also a finance issue could also be a factor in some cases.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

When i open my extarnet there showing at home page closed/not bookable.Guest could not book the room from booking.com .
