Registrations stucks since November

Dear Community,

we registered at booking.com successfully in November. Unfortunately, the proof by booking.com stucks since them. Feedback was so far "login at Extranet and send us a message", but there ist absolut no opportunity for us to send messages. Please see screenshot:Situation

 

What we have to do? We are lost.
