Good day please relocate my booking I have a double bookong
Ref no *** mybooking. Com ID ***
I am full booked on the 2 days of this booking the guest can choose another date or be relocated if potable.will I 've charged for relocating the Guest.?Please help me

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

Have you tried contacting customer directly and asking them to cancel. Booking.com will charge you to relocate so better if you can do it yourself.
