We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hi and welcome to the booking.com partner forum used for sharing tips, advice etc

You can delete your listing yourself via the admin portal. go to property > property layout.

If on the otherhand you want to terminate your contract with booking.com you need to contact the support directly and in the meantime do not forget to block your calendar to avoid unwanted bookings.

strange as i have edit, delete and upload photos! see pic below.

do you have the necessary access rights? Are you the admin? I would check this.

Hi! my understanding is that the location code gets sent to the property address and not your home - check that and if you did not recv it best you reach out to customer support directly. GL!
