We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

reopening my closed profile sardiniahouse6

I did ask you last few days to close my Booking.com profile wich goes under the name of sardiniahouse6. Now i would like to open it again please. What shall i do.

Open it your self in Extranet

 

Asking for such an action on here will never result in said request.

 

Open calendar list view , open room types, etc.

 

If you used snooze property then undo it under property menu > details

Please send a request through the Extranet to reopen your listing. Also ensure that you have correct rates and availability loaded and your calendar is open for bookings.
