Report Guest - Block Guest Limitations

  • When can I block a guest?


  • You can only report guest from the day after check-in, until 7 days after check out.

  • How can I block a guest from all future bookings on all my properties?
  1. By opening the reservation details page.  
  2. On right pane click Report Guest.  
  3. After selecting reason, giving a detail report , below in Additional Requests. simply tick the box to block the guest from making future bookings.  
  • Can I manage this list of Names in the future to remove for recheck who I added?  
  1. Currently there is no such feature . It has been requested to be added to the Wish list of features. watch this space.
