Request for cancellation ref no ***"Dominic's Best"
The guest who has made this booking is not responding to my communication as I have to adhere to strict protocols from the Sri Lankan Health authorities.With out compliance to the guide lines given by the Authorities I am unable to proceed with the booking. I have communicated what steps the guest has to follow and he has not responded.
I cannot accomadate him with out compliance to Govt regulation .Since the guest is not responding to my request I need to cancel the reservation.
