We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

Request: Customizable Reservations Page

Hello partners,

Is it possible to create customizable reservations page which then can be exported into excel. Right now we only have limited amount of information. It would be good to have, info such as daily rate, taxes, number of people, contact info, time of arrival and so on.

This way I can easily export it into my excel spreadsheet and use information I need. 

Do you agree?

you are just making more work for yourself, 


1. use the extranet as is.


2. or use a multi sheet excel workbook ,with the first sheet as the source data after you export the Reservation list, then vlookup from the first sheet into a template in another sheet.

also not all those data will be available, and not all guests provide it.



The right way to do it would be using a REST API calls to the BdC API gateway as a developer, into a webpage.


I had already tried it, stopped as it was too much work to maintain it.


A better idea would be to try a channel manager even if you dont use more than 1 OTA.

1. Option - About 30% of my bookings are from BdC, and I keep my reservations in a spreadsheet. That's why extranet is not useful for me.

2. Option - I already do this but I have to manually enter data, which takes time.

I'm not a developer so I don't really know how to use Rest API calls. 

I will contact channel manager, maybe they would be willing to consider upgrade.

a channel manager is a web based portal tool that pulls all data from 1or more OTA into a single dashboard.
