Reservation ***

I just received an email from booking

Saying that Mr. *** has contacted you and said that he stayed at Shpia e Ores.

He made a reservation and he never showed up.even though we prepares dhe villa for him and waited for him.he never showed up.

So i had mark a No Show in the exteanet. And the villa became opened and bookable for the others. So i dont understand youe email when you say that you will charge me the fee when the client didnt show up. Please explain it to me. Thank you

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
