Reservation ***

Dear sir or madam,

I received reservations in August 2022 for my apartments. As I overlooked to input a min. number of nights (3) for the years 2022 and following, the booking for only 1 night went thru.

How can I cancel the reservation and inform the guest. I already sent an email stating this fact but have not heard back yet. I now have checked the min. stay requirements way into the future.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
