Reservation Cancellation ***

Hi There,

One of our guests has requested cancellation of booking 29th April 2020 to 4th May 2020.

But they have not requested this through the booking.com site.

We have requested the cancellation through Booking.com but have had no response from the guest

Please help

Either wait , or do it your self from their reservation details page, on right pane , click cancel
