We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.





There seem to be an issue with receiving guest reservations, I have had two booking booked on Friday 23/10/20 that have not come through directly to our email.  One booking turned up for there room today, with no info, untill i did a search onto todays arrival. Anyone had problem with this.

No in general that is not really a thing, unless of course notifications are:


  1. Not enabled for the account being used if you are not on the master account.  
  2. There was an interruption on the BdC system that prevented the generation of said notifications, intermittently.



I would advise always logon daily to the Extranet, and look at the Reservation List page.



using a channel manager could also be a much better way of tracking so you just monitor the CM bookings.
