Reservation from last year

Reservation under serial number *** on the name of *** ***. Arrival time was November 1st to November 8th. The quest were unable to come due to the situation with Covid.

In order to meet the needs of the quests, since it was a non refundable reservation, we moved their arrival date.

We arranged all this with the guest via messages on booking. However, these messages are no longer visible to us, and as the time of arrival of guests approaches, we must find a way to get in touch with them.

As this is a reservation that is not older than one year, please return our guest contact.

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
