reservation modifications


A : I need your help to modify some reservations. Hotel pension broisin nr ***. Due to covid we had to close longer our restaurant.

2 reservations has to be modified (all customers have been called, and approved)

We have to keep the reservation for room + breakfast, but we have to remove the dinner 

1) Miss ***, Nr *** (its not a virtual card

2) OBIN, Nr *** (problem : its a virtual card)

B : Chateau Rougé Nr *** . customer= *** *** I need to cancel her reservation and to give her money back. We couldnt take her. 86,71. Problem, its a bank transfer, can you pay her back ? 

C :

Hotel Carré d'aix Nr ***

Why is reservation Nr *** Bourjas still not cancelled at 0 fees like we agreed ? Customer is complaining that we took her the 21,09 fee. She wants to be paid back but for that we need to be refunded

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
