Reservation settings

We have recently joined and find that their reservation system is ignoring our settings. We selected a minimum of 4 nights stay with a minimum of 2 days advance notification for each booking. The system has twice confirmed guests requesting a one-night stay and today has given us less than 24 hours notice for a booking which we cannot accept due to room cleaning issues. I have messaged the guest and asked them to cancel this booking but how do we contact to resolve these issues?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
