Your web Site is  very Unfriendly!!!!!   Every time I want to open a new window it's asking me to sign in again!


Also, I don't want, like to change my password every 2-3 months!!!!!  STOP THAT PLEASE!  ITA ANNONYING !!!!!

Your extreme lack of Cyber Security Awareness and general internet security basics is disturbing.


To be absolutely clear you will have to adhere to the password security policy. Mandatory.


As for the browser tab perceived issue, that actually due to how you are opening those links as tabs ,which causes the session stored authentication to not exist for each one, i.e. its a you issue not a browser or BdC issue.


I can easily recreate that issue ,as I was already aware of it and I know not to do it that way.  

Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
