Reservation without details

Hello I've got a problem with room overlooking the garden. In my callendar I have a reservation in days 13-20.08.2020 , but I don't have an information about this reservation. Who done this reservation? Best Regards, Megan

Guest reviews, on 10, no comment, only 10, But Booking.com only registered me as 8???

Maybe your guests gave you an overall 8!!!

Is it possible that you contact them and ask them???

This review system is very complicated and guests are not well informed...
