I have a booking which I have already moved due to lockdown dates and I find that this booking will again be in the lockdown dates.

Is it my responsibility to ask/tell the customer does she want to move again or do I leave it to her to inform me?

Entirely up to you, nothing to debate.

Since you know they cant stay those dates, you might as well message them to notify of it.

Hello,

the only one solution is understanding in between you and the client. So better to talk with guest for it.
