We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

1. welcome to the partner 'only' forum.

 

2. The review /rating and comments will never be removed by BdC. It doesnt actually break a rule.

 

3. crappy reviews from a crappy guests , is the norm. theres only one thing you can do.

 


All you can do is reply :

 

" Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating and feedback.

However it is equally important , feedback is only constructive and not generic statements with no examples.

As nothing can change, improve etc if you do not share facts.

 

This can lead to misinformation for other potential guests when you post false information in feedback instead of sticking to constructive feedback.

 

Note: Leaving a false low rating will result in you being blacklisted, think before leaving fake review and comments.
